4. Project Timelines and Deliverables 

Project turnaround time is typically 24 to 48 hours, depending on the scope and complexity
of the project.
Final deliverables include CAD files, photo-realistic renders, or animations based on your
project requirements.
Revisions and corrections, if requested within 48 hours of delivery, are included in the
project scope unless otherwise specified.
Any change requests outside of the initial project scope or after the revision window may
incur additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

All projects are subject to upfront payment or payment terms mutually agreed upon before
project initiation.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, PayPal, or other secure
platforms.
No final CAD files, renders, or deliverables will be released until full payment is received.
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered once work has commenced unless we fail to
deliver the service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

a) Ownership of Final Designs:
Upon receipt of full payment, The Cad Maker transfers the ownership of finalized designs
(CAD files, renders, and animations) to the client.
Any unpaid designs remain the sole intellectual property of The Cad Maker.
b) Use of Client Content:
You retain all rights to the designs, images, and content you provide.
By submitting materials to us, you grant The Cad Maker a limited, non-exclusive license to
use your content strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your project.
c) Use of Work for Portfolio:
The Cad Maker may showcase non-confidential work samples in its portfolio, website, or
social media for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing or signs
an NDA.

7. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

The Cad Maker acknowledges the confidential nature of client designs and ideas.
All proprietary information, designs, sketches, CAD files, and project details are treated with
the highest level of confidentiality.
We do not share, distribute, or reuse client projects without prior consent.
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request for additional legal
protection.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Cad Maker provides services on a “best-effort” basis and does not guarantee absolute
accuracy or specific commercial outcomes.
We are not responsible for:
Any manufacturing defects arising from the use of CAD files
Errors in production caused by misuse or misinterpretation of the files
Loss or damage to your files, data, or business
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the
specific service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Cad Maker, its owners, employees,
and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees)
arising from:
Your misuse of our services
Breach of these Terms
Violation of any rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
